Shipping Policy

Currently, The Shire Music Co. operates as a collection-only store, meaning all orders need to be picked up in person from our shop in Stourport. We believe in giving you the chance to see and try your items before taking them home

While we don’t offer shipping just yet, we’re working towards making delivery options available in the future as our business grows. For now, feel free to browse our online store, reserve your items, and pop in to collect them at a time that’s convenient for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we’ve made returns simple and fair.

 

You can return any eligible item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, as long as it’s unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Just bring your proof of purchase with you.

 

Vinyl records are sold on a ‘buy as seen’ basis and are non-returnable. You’re welcome to test them in-store before buying to make sure you’re happy with the condition.

 

If an item is faulty, please return it as soon as possible. We’ll inspect it and offer a repair, exchange, or refund, depending on the issue.
