You can return any eligible item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, as long as it’s unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Just bring your proof of purchase with you.

Vinyl records are sold on a ‘buy as seen’ basis and are non-returnable. You’re welcome to test them in-store before buying to make sure you’re happy with the condition.

If an item is faulty, please return it as soon as possible. We’ll inspect it and offer a repair, exchange, or refund, depending on the issue.

We offer in-house repairs, setups, and restringing for guitars, ukuleles, basses, and other string instruments. Whether your instrument just needs fresh strings or a full setup, we’re here to help.

Before we start any repairs, your instrument will be tested to confirm all parts are working as expected, this helps us avoid any confusion about existing issues.

We’ll always provide a quote before starting, and no work (including any extra work) will be carried out without your approval.
Once the job is done, you’ll be shown the repairs and asked to approve them before payment is made.

Turnaround times vary depending on the job, but we’ll always give you an estimate when you drop your instrument off. Most work is completed within a few days, unless specialist parts need to be sourced.

Prices depend on the type of instrument and the work required — feel free to pop in or get in touch for a quote.

We take great care with every instrument left with us, but please note that all repairs are carried out at the customer’s own risk. Once your instrument is ready, we’ll let you know, and you can collect it at a time that’s most convenient for you.

Payment is required upon collection of your item.
 All repair costs must be settled before the item leaves the shop.
Before payment, we will show you the completed work and ensure everything is functioning as expected.

If you have any concerns, please raise them before taking the item home so we can address them on the spot.

We accept cash, card, and contactless payments in-store.
 If you have any questions about payment, feel free to ask us in-store or give us a call.
